Nestling under the Malvern Hills with spectacular views, we offer a first-rate conference facilities available for business hire.

We can provide delegates with a range of refreshment requirements throughout the day, with links to three local caterers, including breakfasts and lunches. Our facilities have full administration back-up to provide you with a seamless service for conferences or meetings.

Regional Technology Exchange (RTE) Conference Room.
Sited in the RTE building (Phase 2 of the Science Park completed in November 2001) and offering stunning views of the Malvern Hills, this conference room can hold up to 50 delegates. The room can be divided into two rooms ideal for delegates to break into smaller groups, workshops, for interviewing or to provide a separate lunch area.

- Boardroom Style - seating 20 delegates
- Horseshoe Style - seating 21 delegates
                                                  - Theatre Style - seating a maximum of 50 delegates

RTE Syndicate Room.
Again situated in the RTE building, this room holds a maximum of 10 delegates. It is ideal for video or telephone conferencing, small training workshops, brainstorming sessions and for those occasions when a quiet room is needed for those all important business discussions.

Video Conferences
We can offer high quality video and audio conferences using 4 ISDN lines and a fully supported service.

(NB) Bookings for video conferences should be made as far in advance as possible - ideally about a week - as it will be necessary for test calls to be made and a quality link established prior to the event.
