Phase 2 building provides a showcase to display some of the technologies that the adjacent QinetiQ organisation is developing, as well as an opportunity for local technologists and manufacturers to display their capabilities. The Exchange is the foundation for building the networks between knowledge providers, users and financiers.

Central to the Exchange is a meeting area and syndicate room, together with display space and facilities. These areas are fitted with state of the art equipment for presentations and video conferencing.The building provides an additional 11,000sq ft of space for high tech companies, including the provision of laboratory facilities and small offices for start-ups.

Plans for Phase 3 building have been finalised and the new building is due to open summer 2006.

Lease options will be open to negotiation.
