The full range of office and laboratory support services are available, including a manned reception, 24/7 electronic access, kitchen facilities and an on site café.
Extensive conference facilities are available for tenant and outside third party use, including video conferencing. Numbers from 5 to 50 can be accommodated and catering provided.
Several laboratories have been developed on site and Park staff have experience in managing such projects.
