Each room is available to hire by the hour, half day or full day and is ideal for interviewing, informal meetings, board meetings, training sessions or private chats with your team. We have experience hosting conferences and events, so we can provide you and your team with an excellent experience!

The Phase 3 Meeting Room

Our largest meeting room is located on the second floor of the Phase 3 building, with a scenic view of the Malvern Hills. This spacious room offers tranquillity and professionalism, with a view to wow any potential business partner or affiliate.

We offer different seating styles to tailor to your needs, with configurations that suit 24-50 guests. As displayed in the image below, we have an oval table, which is great for meetings, or we can rearrange the room into a theatre-style format, which is perfect for webinars or presentations. There are also two coffee machines in the room.

We also have The Beacon Cafe downstairs in Phase 3, which is very popular amongst the tenants and visitors at the Science Park. Take your visitors for lunch (and vice versa), or our hospitality team can provide you with room service, so you can discuss important matters with a tasty lunch and a beautiful view behind you.

The Innovations Room

The Innovations Room is located on the ground floor in the Phase 1 building, next to reception, making it really easy to find for all of your team and guests. This room is our mid-sized option, which is ideal for board meetings or training sessions.

Syndicate Room

Phase 2 of MHSP holds our smallest meeting room, The Syndicate Room. If you are looking for a room to facilitate 1-on-1s, private phone calls or smaller business meetings, this could be the right room for you!

This room is secluded, with minimal foot traffic, ensuring maximum privacy for more intimate meetings or calls with outstanding views. As with all of our meeting rooms, you and your guests will also have access to the Beacon Café, for a quick caffeine recharge or a longer lunch break, so you can come back to your order of business with fresh eyes.
